4 More XChecker training Manuals are making their way to BM Cats as Sophie, our XChecker Specialist and Ian, our business Development Manager head to their offices to give them a full training session on XChecker.
The new manuals are designed to give the user an indepth walkthrough to match the training they are receiving.
"That's not all, the manuals will also give the customer a greater insight into the features and benefits of XChecker, there are so many it's difficult to cover them all in 1 training session" commented Sophie, our XChecker help Desk Specialist.
As part of our new training scheme, customers will now receive the XChecker manual as standard practice. The manual will be rolled out to all XChecker users by the end of June.
